Rosie was born in Roma, QLD. She attended Yuleba Primary School followed by five years at St.Margarets Anglican Girls School in Brisbane. On completion of a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery at the University of QLD she worked in the field of General Practice, gaining a Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and a Diploma of Rural Medicine. Rosie worked in several rural towns across QLD though the majority of her time was spent in St George, QLD. Rosie and her husband Peter have four children. Following the birth of their youngest child, Rosie changed career path and now works as a professional portrait artist residing in Brunswick Heads, NSW. She has always engaged in community projects especially in the areas of health, education and the arts.
Cameron Tilley is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a Director at Vincent’s Chartered Accountants. Before Vincent’s, Cameron was a Partner at Pitcher Partners. He has been practising as an accountant for 20 years, advising businesses of all varieties in all aspects of tax and compliance. Cameron has been a member of boards previously, most recently being a member of the AMG Universal Superannuation Fund. Cameron’s main focus outside of work is his family who keep him very busy.
Maree has 35+ years of mining & financial services sector experience, working in globally competitive industries, in operations, advisory & consultancy roles for multinational corporations, private & publicly listed companies & government. She is tertiary qualified in geology, metallurgy, finance & corporate governance & specializes in strategic positioning & mobilizing resources. She has worked with Xstrata, Rio Tinto, Societe Generale de Surveillance, consulted with mining companies & investment bankers & brokers, & was Project Director for T1 & T2 of the Telstra privatisation. Her career commitment is to fulfill responsibilities to society, employer, professional & personal relationships, to the maximum of her capacity, in the spirit of excellence, equity & social justice. Maree is active in community affairs, NGO governance & management, particularly for Indigenous peoples & refugees. She is a speaker, advocate for social justice & human rights, avid participant, fund-raiser & organizer.
